Services & Pricing

How much does tree removal cost? +

Tree removal costs vary based on size, location, and complexity. Small trees typically range from $150-$400, medium trees from $400-$800, and large trees from $800-$1,500+. Trees near power lines or structures may cost more due to the specialized equipment and techniques required. We provide free estimates so you know the exact cost before any work begins.

Do you offer free estimates? +

Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all our services. One of our certified arborists will visit your property, assess your trees, discuss your options, and provide a written estimate. There's never any pressure to commit. Contact us to schedule your free estimate.

What's included in tree removal? +

Our tree removal service includes cutting down the tree, removing all branches and debris, and cutting the trunk into manageable sections. The stump is typically cut to within 2-4 inches of the ground unless you request stump grinding (additional service). We always leave your property clean and tidy.

How often should trees be trimmed? +

Most trees benefit from professional pruning every 3-5 years. Younger trees may need more frequent attention to establish proper structure. Fruit trees typically need annual pruning. Dead, damaged, or hazardous branches should be removed as soon as they're noticed, regardless of the season.

Scheduling & Process

How far in advance should I schedule service? +

For routine services, we typically schedule within 1-2 weeks. During peak seasons (spring and after storms), wait times may be slightly longer. For non-emergency work, we recommend scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance. Emergency storm damage is handled within 24-48 hours.

Do I need to be home during the service? +

You don't need to be home as long as we have access to the work area. Many customers prefer to be present, especially for larger jobs, and we're happy to walk you through the process. We'll always call before we arrive and contact you when the job is complete.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day? +

Light rain typically doesn't affect our work. However, for safety reasons, we may need to reschedule during heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. If we need to reschedule, we'll contact you as soon as possible and get you on the calendar for the next available time.

Insurance & Safety

Are you licensed and insured? +

Yes, absolutely. Parlock Property Services is fully licensed and carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request. Never hire a tree service that can't show you current insurance certificates.

What is an ISA Certified Arborist? +

An ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) Certified Arborist has demonstrated knowledge and competency in tree care through rigorous testing and continuing education. This certification ensures you're working with a true tree care professional who follows industry best practices. Our team includes certified arborists on staff.
